Prices are listed below, however, two types of insulation grant are available to qualifying homeowners and private tenants. 100% grants cover the full cost of Cavity Wall Insulation and Loft Insulation. Partial grants can cover up to 75% of the cost.
Anyone aged 70 or above is entitled to a 100% grant which will cover the entire cost of all insulation works! 100% grants are also available to households, who have any person living in the house in receipt of one or more benefits.
Private landlords may also be able to claim if one of their tenants is in receipt of a qualifying benefit.
