Prices are listed below, however, two types of insulation grant are available to qualifying homeowners and private tenants. Grants may cover the full cost of Cavity Wall Insulation and Loft Insulation. Partial grants can cover up to 70% of the cost.

Anyone aged 70 or above or in receipt of qualifying benefits is entitled to a grant which will cover the cost of all insulation works! (Additional costs may apply if the property is oversized or needs loft vents or enlarged loft hatches). Grants are also available to households, who have any person living in the house in receipt of one or more benefits.

Private landlords may also be able to claim if one of their tenants is in receipt of a qualifying benefit.
